TENDER DESCRIPTION

AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - The health insurer offers all interested pharmaceutical companies discount contracts with the above-mentioned active ingredient without any selection decision. Contract awards are made within the scope of an "Open House model". The contracts offered are not exclusive; contracts with all market participants (pharmaceutical companies) are desired by AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - The health insurer. Under the Open House model, uniform conditions apply to all participants. Contract content, terms and conditions, and access procedures are uniform—no individual negotiations are conducted. The contract terms are a maximum of 24 months; the earliest possible contract start date is 01.11.2026. All contracts end no later than 24 months after the day of the earliest contract start date, regardless of the date of the respective contract award. Accession and/or contract award can take place within the 24-month period, each time on the first day of every month.
