TENDER DESCRIPTION
The bespoke software SolumSTAR is a justice-specific specialist procedure and is used to electronically support processes involved in the management of the electronic land register (Grundbuch). The contractor shall take over the procedure, maintain it and provide support. In addition, further developments of the software are part of the contract. The bespoke software is used in different IT infrastructure environments of the federal states participating in the consortium (Verbundländer).
