TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Fraunhofer Institute for Wind Energy Systems IWES intends to install photovoltaic systems for on-site power supply on four existing buildings at the Bremerhaven site. The planned systems are intended to contribute to reducing the external electricity supply and to sustainably complement the existing research infrastructure. The roof and façade areas to be used differ in terms of their structural boundary conditions, orientation, available areas and the existing electrical infrastructure. The invitation to tender pursues the objective of procuring a technically optimized photovoltaic system solution for existing buildings. The planning, engineering (sizing/design), delivery, installation and commissioning services together constitute a uniform overall service per lot.
