TENDER DESCRIPTION

The following services for the Planning of Technical Equipment plant groups 1-5, 8 are put out to tender in accordance with §§ 55ff. HOAI for service phase 3 in part, 4 to 8 as well as any special services for the new construction of a laboratory building of the Fritz-Lipmann-Institute in Jena. In order to meet the scientific requirements, it is necessary to construct an independent building. The FLI-10 building is intended to house fish husbandry and microbiological laboratories with adjacent offices. The working areas for fish husbandry and the laboratories comply with the “Ordinance on the safety levels and safety measures for genetic engineering work in genetic engineering facilities” (GenTSV) level S2. The FLI-10 laboratory building is designed as a three-storey building. In the partially basement lower ground floor, the building services installations of the VE water treatment, the collection tanks for wastewater from the KIP experimental facility and the wastewater treatment for the fish husbandry are housed.
