TENDER DESCRIPTION
A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, including the minimum functional and technical parameters, equipment, and the warranty conditions, is contained in the Functional and Technical Specification of the vehicle, which consists of: • Annex No. 1a to the SWZ – for Part 1 of the contract. The Specification sets out the minimum requirements of the Contracting Authority, which means that the Contractor may offer the subject matter of the contract with technical parameters indicated by the Contracting Authority or better than those specified in the documentation. The terms and conditions for the performance of the subject matter of the contract include the designed provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
