TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns the ex officio clearing of undergrowth on plots subject to the legal obligations for clearing undergrowth provided for by the Forest Code. The services to be carried out are located on plots within the territory of the City of Mandelieu-La Napoule or on neighbouring plots, for which the owners of dwellings, buildings or installations of any kind located in Mandelieu-La Napoule have not complied with the legal obligations to clear undergrowth. They may also cover: •on the shoulders of roads open to public traffic •on the shoulders of private roads not open to public traffic •on the shoulders of roads •on land located within the footprint of overhead power lines This is a framework agreement with purchase orders, awarded at unit and lump-sum prices with no minimum and with a maximum amount, setting out all contractual provisions and carried out as and when purchase orders are issued, without negotiation or re-tendering, according to the terms set out in the framework agreement and pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
