TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Contract concerns the maintenance of the sunshades. These sunshades refer to the movable screens on the outside of WUR’s (office) buildings. This concerns motor-driven and manually operated external sunshades. The following is included, but not limited to: • Slat sunshades; • Sunshades with screens; • Sunshades with drop-out screens; • Sunshades for light wells and glass roofs; • Sunshades with roll screens; • Roller shutters. All of this including control units, relay cabinets, push-button operation and weather detection (rain/ wind speed and direction). The principles used are stand-alone. The work to be carried out comprises: 1. Preventive Maintenance (including Small Materials) Performance of Preventive Maintenance on the external sunshades of WUR, which are described in more detail in the Schedule of Requirements (Programma van Eisen (PvE)). Execution in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, including any additional maintenance that is considered necessary in relation to functionality and WUR’s requirements; 2.
