TENDER DESCRIPTION

The nature of this contract concerns the provision of integrated project management and specialist advice for new-build projects, renovation/redevelopment projects and functional adjustments within the ZAAM educational organization. It involves a framework agreement with multiple parties (three), under which further assignments are issued through mini-competitions. The services include the entire process, from the initiative phase through to handover and post-completion support, and extend to various aspects. Based on experience figures from recent years and the expected future requirements, the scope of the Assignment has been estimated. The estimated value of the Assignment amounts to an average of € 600,000,-- exclusive of VAT per year, i.e. € 4,800,000,-- exclusive of VAT over a term of 8 years. To prevent the contractual maximum value from being exceeded in the meantime and for the framework agreement to lose its effect at the intended end of the term, we conclude the framework agreement with a maximum assignment value of € 7,900,000,-- exclusive of VAT.
