TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract concerns an agreement with a multidisciplinary team of representatives consisting of the skills of an architect (lead), a civil engineer, a timber engineer, and engineers specialized in building technical installations CVSE, building physicist, energy concept specialist, and AEAI specialist. All SIA phases 31 to 53 must be costed separately for the architect, for whom phase 31 is almost complete and for which an allocated number of hours is provided for the study of the façades and the submission of the dossier for the preliminary permit application. The project is the transformation and extension of the existing school. The total amount of works for CFC 1, 2, 4 and 9 is CHF 10'151'570.— excluding VAT, excluding fees and excluding expenses/taxes (see the breakdown of the general estimate submitted as an annex).
