Renovation of the interior of the building at ul. Marszałkowska 18 in Drezdenko as part of the project “Establishment of the Drezdenko Centre for Social Services for All” 1. The subject of the contract is construction works consisting in renovating the interior of the building at ul. Marszałkowska 18 in Drezdenko under the “design and build” system. 2. The scope of the contract includes: 1) preparation of construction and executive design documentation for the renovation of the interior of the building at ul. Marszałkowska 18 in Drezdenko, along with obtaining a building permit, 2) execution, on the basis of the prepared design documentation and technical specifications, of the implementation and acceptance of renovation works of the building at ul. Marszałkowska 18 in Drezdenko, 3) execution, on the basis of technical documentation attached to the SWZ, of part of the works in the gas boiler room, along with the modernization of the central heating installation. 3.
