Renovation of the changing-room and sanitary facilities at the sports field in Kębłów The subject of the contract is the design and execution of construction works as part of the project entitled “Renovation of the changing-room and sanitary facilities at the sports field in Kębłów”. The scope of the contract includes preparing comprehensive multi-discipline design documentation, together with obtaining, where necessary, the required decisions, opinions, and notifications in accordance with the applicable regulations. Next, based on it, carrying out construction works, installation works in the sanitary and electrical trades, together with thermal modernization of the roof. The Contractor’s scope of duties also includes activities related to commissioning, acceptance, handing over the facility for use, and preparing as-built documentation in accordance with the applicable regulations and the requirements of the Contracting Authority. The property is located in Kębłów, plot no. 1567, cadastral district (obręb ewidencyjny) Kębłów.
