TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Finnish Defence Forces request your tender for the receipt of processing and driving tests of the Finnish Defence Forces for classes A, BE, C1, C1E, PVC, CE and D, and for performing the related service tasks in the Jäger Brigade in Sodankylä and Rovaniemi. Based on the tender competition, a contract in accordance with Appendix 2 will be concluded with the selected supplier. The planned contract period is intended to enter into force on 1.1.2027 and the contract will be made until 31.12.2029. The customer also has the right to extend the contract by an option period of up to two (2) years. The tests are received using vehicle fleets indicated and managed by the Client. In producing the service, compliance with Finnish legislation and special legislation is required, such as orders of the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency (Traficom), and the Ministry of Defence Decree on driving licences and driving permits of the Finnish Defence Forces (23/2013), as well as orders of the Finnish Defence Forces.
