TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the manufacture, testing, documentation and delivery of fully-welded ball valves of pressure stage DP100 for gas transmission pipelines in nominal sizes DN 100, DN 200, DN 300 and DN 400 for below-ground installation. The ball valves must be suitable for use in underground gas transmission infrastructure and for hydrogen applications and must have a telescopically extendable extension of the functional lines and actuation with a minimum length of 2.0 m. The design is to be made in such a way that a minimum pipe cover of 1.0 m is ensured and all lubrication, draining lines and position indicators can be accommodated within a street box of size 4 in accordance with DIN 3581. The ball valves are to be designed as a full-weld construction with an all-metal sealing system. The ball and the seat rings are to be designed with a tungsten carbide coating (TCC) with a minimum layer thickness of 250 µm.
