TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of the proposed construction is to relieve the currently overloaded transport network around the city of Košice as well as the city itself from transit traffic and at the same time, by creating a southeastern bypass of the city with several new connections to the existing transport system, to redistribute source and destination traffic, thereby relieving the currently congested city entries. This will increase the flow, speed, and safety of traffic and lead to a significant improvement of traffic-operational conditions for transit traffic. The subject of the contract is precisely defined in Volumes 1 to 5 of these tender specifications.
