• Supporting security, endpoint protection (Microsoft Defender/Windows Defender), monitoring, backup, recoverability, and disaster recovery.
• Providing additional on-demand ICT support and IT consultancy for incidents, projects, architecture choices, security, licenses, and advice on hardware and software procurement.
• Guiding the restructuring of the file structure and preparing for improved searchability, knowledge disclosure, and Copilot/Fabric-readiness.
• Advising on the integration or disclosure of FileMaker data, considering planned refactoring.
• Establishing clear agreements on documentation, management rights, data ownership, transferability, and exit to avoid undesirable dependency.

The delivery of ICT hardware is not part of this assignment, but the contractor may provide advice on hardware and software procurement, lifecycle, configuration, standardization, and compatibility.
