TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public procurement procedure is: Radiology Information System. The procurement subject is the rental of an RIS/PACS system for the needs of Čakovec County Hospital, with the accompanying licenses that are made available to the Contracting Authority for use during the rental period of 12 (twelve) months from the day of signing the handover acceptance record, including implementation and configuration of the system, connection to existing information systems and medical devices, integration with pathology and cytology, migration of existing data, reports and medical images, training of users and administrators, and maintenance, upgrades, technical support and troubleshooting during the rental period. The detailed scope and requirements are specified in Annex I – Technical Specifications and in other parts of the Procurement Documentation. The tender must include all obligations, conditions and requirements from the procurement documentation, technical specifications, bill of quantities, draft contract and other annexes, including their published amendments and clarifications.
