The State Capital City of Munich requires communications equipment with the following services: • Migration of the existing ISDN technology through VoIP systems with current hardware and software versions • If required, extension of the existing PBX/telephone system network using VoIP technology of the latest generation • Replacement procurement for defective TK components (ISDN and VoIP) • System service for existing and newly procured system components during the term of the contract, if necessary with support from the manufacturer • Third-level support in the event of a service case • Customising, consulting and project management services • Training services
