TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the invitation to tender is external professional support for the preparation of municipal climate adaptation concepts for municipalities belonging to the district within a convoy in accordance with Section 29f of the Climate Protection Act (KlimaG) BW. The services are provided under a framework agreement and are commissioned in each case via individual call-offs for several municipalities of a convoy. The invitation to tender includes four convoys. A convoy comprises at least three and at most seven municipalities belonging to the district. The municipality-specific concepts for the municipalities of a convoy are to be prepared within 12 months in each case. No more than two convoys may take place simultaneously. If, within a year, no municipal convoy is formed, the contracting authority may commission requirement positions in the amount of 40–85 working days. These serve to perform the district’s tasks under KlimaG BW Section 29f(1) sentence 3 “support for the municipalities belonging to the district in adapting to the consequences of climate change”.
