TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a contract for work pursuant to the Contractual Conditions for the Construction of Building and Engineering Works designed by the Employer in accordance with FIDIC RED BOOK, 1st edition, 1999, issued in a Czech translation by the Czech Association of Consulting Engineers (CACE) in 2017, and other documents forming the contract for work. The subject of performance of the Public Contract is construction work within the execution of the Work, including in particular activities pursuant to Article 4.2.4 of the Tender Documentation. The complete list of constructed building objects within the Public Contract is provided in Appendix No. 7 to the Tender Documentation.
