General description of the services 1.1 Services to be performed 1.1.1 Subject of the service The subject matter of this invitation to tender is the performance of cleaning and inspection services with traffic safety responsibility for the rainwater facilities of the City of Bernau near Berlin, including all municipal districts. For the scope specified in the bill of quantities, the contracting authority has no acceptance obligation. The quantities tendered correspond to the scope of work for one calendar year. 1.1.2 Content of the service The invitation to tender includes the service area cleaning and inspection of - rainwater sewers - rainwater manholes - street drains with pipes - special structures Work orders for cleaning and inspection of the rainwater facilities are issued by the contracting authority in writing with order number. In mandatory cases, e.g. for rectifying breakdowns, the order is issued first orally or by telephone, and in this case the written order is subsequently provided by the contracting authority.
