TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is the supply of works for the reconstruction and conversion of an existing residential building into a fire station in Trnava in the area of the Municipality of Trnava as part of the project “Reconstruction and Conversion of an Existing Residential Building into a Public and Social Purpose Building—Fire Station” – PK.3.4.10.0103, contract number: KLASA: 983-01/26-01/1; URBROJ: 2158-38-02-26-1 dated 9.3.2026. The project envisages the reconstruction and outfitting of the residential building into a fire station in Trnava, during which construction, trades, electrical and mechanical works will be carried out, works related to water supply and sewerage and other necessary works. The installation of LED lighting fixtures and an antenna system is planned. For the building, radiator heating is planned, with a pellet stove as a heat source. For the required cooling, the installation of split air-conditioning systems within individual accommodation spaces (classrooms, office…).
