TENDER DESCRIPTION

Renovation of the sports hall of the Inter-School Sports Centre in Pruszków The subject of the contract is the renovation of the sports hall of the Inter-School Sports Centre in Pruszków at ul. Gomulińskiego 4 in Pruszków. The task will be carried out in the “design and build” mode. Description of the subject matter of the contract: 1) Preparation of the necessary design documentation to carry out the scope described in the PFU (and determining obtaining the necessary decisions, permits, arrangements); 2) Preparatory works, dismantling works, protective works. 3) Renovation and restoration of the walls made of clinker bricks, consisting in cleaning them, filling the crumbled mortar joints, protecting with an impregnating agent for clinker. 4) Renovation of the remaining walls: repairing plaster, cracks, together with filling, preparing for painting, gypsum plasterboard smooth finish, painting with durable/washable paints with enhanced parameters. 5) Restoration of the parquet floor (highly damaged), i.e. replacement of damaged parquet strips (it was assumed that 40% of the surface area will be replaced), replacement of the substrate to the necessary extent (it was assumed that…
