TENDER DESCRIPTION
The project management/engineering (master builder) assignment is to carry out the complete restoration of the roof, in order to restore the architectural harmony of the building, preserve this outstanding heritage and ensure the durability of the structure while improving its thermal comfort. This assignment shall make it possible to define, design and oversee the works meeting the following objectives: - Safety and preservation of the building. - Preservation of historical integrity. - Thermal improvement.
