TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipality of Engelthal operates the day care centre “Haus der Kinder”. The older part of the building dates from the 1970s, the newer part from the year 1993. Due to the continuing high demand for childcare places, the municipality of Engelthal has decided to renovate and extend the existing day care centre. The target structure of the future day care centre is intended to enable the care of 120 children in two crèche groups, two kindergarten groups and one after-school group (Hort group). The room programme necessary for this must be coordinated with the competent authorities. In addition, a multi-purpose room is to be provided for municipal events or for use by clubs. This room must be usable independently of the day care centre, which requires separate access. The possibility of integrating a second after-school group into the floor plan is to be examined as part of the planning. The scope of the structural engineering planning includes, on the one hand, the general renovation of the building part dating from the year 1993, the dismantling of the building part from the 1970s and, on the other hand, a replacement new build.
