TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract are structural engineering services, in accordance with §§ 49 ff HOAI 2021, LPH 1-6, staged commissioning, as well as services from the field of fire protection planning. Various Special Services may also be commissioned. - - - The Josefistift at Bahnhofstraße 3, 83646 Bad Tölz, which has so far been used as an old-age and nursing home, will become available as a result of the construction of a new nursing home in Bad Tölz in summer 2027. The East and West building wings of the Josefistift (both from the ground floor to the 3rd floor) were built with a single-storey connecting building in the years 1964 to 1968. In the years 2003 and 2004, the connecting building was extended upwards so that it extends over all floors. After the nursing home operations have moved out, the building is to be put to a new use. The municipal council of the City of Bad Tölz has decided that only apartments/units shall be created in the upper floors of the building. On the ground floor, in addition to apartments, areas for “social” uses and a commercial unit are to be created.
