TENDER DESCRIPTION

The development of the master plan aims to meet the objectives stated below, in compliance with the applicable regulations, and in particular: - The Urban Wastewater Treatment Directive (UWWTD) and the amended order of 21 July 2015 relating to collective wastewater sanitation systems and non-collective sanitation facilities; - The Loire-Brittany SDAGE (2022-2027); - Article L-2224-10 of the CGCT. The assignment is broken down into 4 phases and 5 mandatory additional services (PSE) (the contracting authority reserves the right to accept or reject the/ the PSE(s) at the time of award of the contract). The details and objectives of the assignments are specified in the CCTP. The deliverables, as well as the conditions under which they are to be presented, are also set out in the CCTP. The service provider must ensure consistency between the phases, guarantee the quality of the deliverables, and demonstrate availability and responsiveness throughout the assignment. The expected assignment includes steps, including phasing and organization, which will be proposed by the bidder.
