TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority will conclude a contract for a period of 12 calendar months with a single economic operator, following the simplified procedure, for the provision of simulator maintenance services, as follows:  Existing simulator software maintenance – re-enabling the software, software repair, ensuring conventional hardware replacement by reinstalling the software; In the event that the conventional hardware (standard computers that are part of the simulator) malfunctions, or needs to be replaced due to physical or moral wear, the contractor will be obliged to ensure the reinstallation of the software on these equipment items (procured by the contracting authority/contracting entity), so that the simulator as a whole maintains its functionality;  Maintenance of existing simulator-specific hardware – periodic inspection and repairs/replacement, cleaning; In the event that the specific hardware (modules or proprietary hardware equipment dedicated to the specific operation of the simulator and which are part of the simulator) malfunctions, the contractor will be obliged to ensure its repair or replacement (the costs of these operations being borne by the contracting…
