TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the file is to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System that will enable the recurring and flexible contracting of office supplies, printing and reprographics services, furniture, signage, IT equipment, ICT infrastructure, audiovisual equipment and associated services for the University of Alicante. The University of Alicante carries out, on an ongoing basis, purchases of office supplies, printing services, IT equipment, furniture, technological infrastructure and audiovisual equipment for the ordinary performance of its teaching, research, technology transfer and management functions. The needs associated with these services have a recurring, variable and difficult-to-predict nature in terms of volume, location, specific characteristics and time intensity, affecting a wide range of centres, departments, services, university institutes, research groups and other organisational units of the University.
