TENDER DESCRIPTION

The project relates to the property L 4, 11-14, 68161 Mannheim. The conversion and refurbishment of a residential building protected as a historic monument are planned, as well as the extension by two new buildings by Studierendenwerk Mannheim AöR as the contracting authority. The existing documents, for both new buildings, document as the previous planning status each time an existing ground floor and six upper floors, a plot size of 757 m², a gross floor area of 4,290.53 m², a gross volume of 14,058 m³, eight car parking spaces and 83 bicycle parking spaces. For an earlier planning status, a building permit was granted by the City of Mannheim on 5 September 2024. Neither this permit nor the planning on which it is based determines, in terms of content, the new planning owed by the contractor. What is decisive are exclusively the functional success owed, the tender documents, the funding requirements, and the building and monument protection law to be created on the basis of the new planning.
