The contract timeline is as follows:

The total delivery period for the supply is six weeks, starting from the date of formalization of the contract.

The maintenance and support period will be a minimum of 36 months and a maximum of 60 months, depending on the proposal from the awarded company.

A guarantee period of twelve months is established.

There is no possibility of an extension (prórroga) for the contract.

Partial deadlines are not applicable.

The core scope of work for this tender involves the supply, installation, and commissioning of a new network core infrastructure. This infrastructure will consist of two logical switching units at the AACID headquarters.

The Statement of Work summary and core deliverables include:

• Supply of two logical network core switching units.
• Physical-logical installation, configuration, and commissioning of the supplied infrastructure.
• This involves an analysis of existing infrastructure, development of an implementation and migration plan, physical installation (racking, cabling, labeling), connection to corporate devices, configuration and firmware updates, and commissioning of the new switches.
• It also requires performing a backup of current equipment, defining a rollback procedure, progressively migrating functionalities from existing equipment to the new core, and conducting operational tests of services (data/voice connectivity, VLANs, link aggregations, stack operation, PoE, redundancy mechanisms).
• Knowledge transfer aimed at the proper exploitation and technical administration of the infrastructure.
• Maintenance and technical support service.
• Secure erasure of configurations and credentials from replaced equipment.
• Removal, transport, and management of replaced equipment according to applicable regulations, including the delivery of a destruction or treatment certificate.
• Elaboration of documentation which includes detailed technical documentation of the installation, hardware and software products delivered, their detailed description, serial numbers, licenses, and configuration.
• Training for the AACID technical team.

The overall objective is to modernize the network core to replace outdated equipment, ensuring continuity of services, improving security and availability, and facilitating future interoperability and expansion. The awarded company will be responsible for any integration, changes, or substitutions required due to incompatibility with existing systems at no additional cost to AACID.
