“Provision of occupational medicine services and ensuring packages of additional services in the basic, expanded and comprehensive scope for the Employer’s employees and their families”. 1. The subject matter of the contract is: “Provision of occupational medicine services and ensuring packages of additional services in the basic, expanded and comprehensive scope for the Employer’s employees and their families”. 2. The Contractor shall ensure the provision of medical services in the field of occupational medicine together with the provision of medical services including laboratory and diagnostic examinations in the scope necessary for issuing medical certificates and specialist consultations, consisting in: a) performing preventive medical examinations: pre-employment, periodic and follow-up examinations, b) providing preventive health care necessary due to working conditions, including medical examinations aimed at obtaining a decision on the ability to perform the current work in a situation where the Employer or the employee reports the need for such an examination outside the time limits resulting from the frequency of periodic examinations, including a preventive examination…
