TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision of occupational medicine services for Poczta Polska S.A. The scope of the contract includes performing preventive examinations of employees and candidates for work, in particular initial, periodic and follow-up examinations referred to in Article 229 of the Labour Code, in accordance with the regulation of the Minister of Health and Social Welfare of 30 May 1996 on conducting medical examinations of employees, the scope of preventive health care over employees, and medical certificates issued for purposes provided for in the Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 607, as amended). The scope of the contract also includes performing specialized and diagnostic examinations ordered by an occupational medicine physician, necessary for issuing a medical certificate stating the absence of health contraindications to performing work at a given position.
