Thermal modernisation of the Police Station building in Kostrzyn 1. The subject matter is the performance of construction works within the scope of thermal modernisation and improvement of the energy efficiency of the Police Station building in Kostrzyn at ul. Półwiejska 1A. The scope of the contract includes: 1) performing insulation of the foundation walls; 2) performing insulation of the building façade; 3) replacing door, window and garage gates joinery; 4) performing insulation of the flat roof (roof space) together with roofing works; 5) performing demolition works for the floor and insulating floors on the ground; 6) constructing partition walls on the ground floor; 7) performing sanitary works, including: replacing the heat source with heat pumps and installing a new central heating (c.o.) system together with controls and automation; 8) performing electrical works, including: replacing lighting with LED lighting together with automation, supplying power to the heat pump and installing a photovoltaic system; 9) building an access ramp for persons with disabilities; 10) performing road works (a car park with a permeable surface).A detailed description of the subject matter…
