Subject of the invitation to tender Antoniushaus gGmbH is currently building a school extension for the Peter-Josef-Briefs School in Hochheim am Main. This is a special needs school with currently 166 students with support needs in physical and motor development. The planned extension building is designed as an attached building (an extension) to the existing school, as a two-storey solid construction. In addition to additional classrooms, the extension is intended to expand school operations by adding subject-specific classroom spaces. The refurbishment of the existing building is planned in parallel as part of a partial project and is not included in this invitation to tender. The special requirements of the students and of the staff providing support and instruction must be appropriately taken into account when continuing the existing planning, coordinating the specialist planning, and carrying out the further construction work.
