TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement is for works to place electricity public distribution networks underground in urban and rural municipalities. It does not apply to maintenance works for public lighting installations. It applies to municipalities subject to the criterion of urban and rural electrification. The description of the works and their technical specifications are set out in the Particular Technical Specifications (Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP)). The contract is concluded in the form of a multi-supplier framework agreement (maximum 4 contractors), executed by issuing purchase orders on the basis of the prices defined in each contractor’s Unit Price Schedule (Bordereau des Prix Unitaires (BPU)). The maximum amount of orders for the total performance duration of the framework agreement, including extensions/renewals, is EUR 6,700,000 excluding VAT.
