TENDER DESCRIPTION

At Querkamp, south of the Brüder-Grimm-Schule school, a district centre for young people, children and their families is to be implemented. It will house a mix of uses consisting of community, group and multipurpose rooms, as well as offices for the operators. The planned building comprises two full storeys and an attic storey and has no basement. It will be constructed using a timber frame construction method with a solid building core and will be fitted with a common-rafter roof with extensive landscaping and a PV system. Site access will be via the public road Querkamp. Due to a large stock of trees to be preserved in the front area of the building plot, the area for setting up the construction site is very limited. Part of the school car park located to the north can be accessed by small trucks.
