TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement are services for upgrading the Contracting Authority’s information systems, divided into three groups. The Bidder may submit a tender for one, more than one, or all groups of the procurement subject. Each group is evaluated separately. The total estimated value of procurement is 504,000.00 EUR without VAT In this procedure, the estimated value of procurement amounts to: 90,000.00 EUR without VAT. The procedure is carried out with the aim of concluding a contract with a single economic operator. The contract duration is 12 months. The selected Bidder is obliged to provide a guarantee for the upgraded part of the system for at least 12 months from the date of signing the Minutes on performed services. The guarantee period starts on the day the Minutes on performed services are signed and the information system is released into regular production work. For this purpose, the Bidder fills in the document Annex D - Declaration on the guarantee period. Since the Contracting Authority is not the owner of the original source code for the application systems, the selected Bidder must ensure all legal and technical prerequisites (authorizations, training, etc.)…
