TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this invitation to tender is the award of a consulting and support service for the “Minerva – Procurement Optimization at ETH” programme (Phase 1). The aim is the sustainable professionalisation and digitisation of ETH Zurich’s procurement function along the four workstreams: Target Operating Model, processes, strategy & content, as well as systems. The service includes the design, development of target states and implementation support in the above-mentioned workstreams, including co-project management together with ETH Zurich. The actual invitation to tender and award of the eProcurement tool is carried out as a separate, independent procedure. For phases 2–4, an option exists in accordance with the tender documentation.
