TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the removal of vehicles from the streets of the city of Bydgoszcz in accordance with the Act on Road Traffic. The subject of the contract is set out in the annex to the SWZ entitled “Description of the subject of the contract”. 2. The Contracting Authority plans to award contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the uPzp. Any similar contracts: 1) will include an increased scope of work specified in the annex to the SWZ entitled “Description of the subject of the contract”, 2) will be preceded by an appropriate invitation to negotiate and negotiations. 3. CONTRACT PERFORMANCE PERIOD from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027, with the proviso that if the contract is concluded within a period that makes it impossible to perform the contract within the specified period, the initial contract performance period shall be postponed by an appropriate period. 1.
