TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the service of removing vehicles (excluding vehicles transporting dangerous goods) from roads within the administrative boundaries of the city of Radom, and operating a 24-hour guarded parking facility where the removed vehicles are placed, pursuant to Article 50a and Article 130a of the Act on Road Traffic Law. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in Chapter V of the SWZ.
