TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Swedish Armed Forces has a need to be able to use training facilities in specific locations in Sweden. Since the units’ training schedules and accommodation needs are complex and may vary, it is of great importance that flexible agreements with facilities in the relevant geographical locations can be concluded so that the Swedish Armed Forces can carry out its planned activities. Training facilities are understood to mean accommodation, catering (food), and training premises, either in packages (full-board or day package) or with the option to assemble a package yourself. With regard to catering (food) only, the Swedish Armed Forces has agreements for this; in cases where there is no agreement coverage in a location after the contract supplier for the catering agreement has been asked, the Swedish Armed Forces may use the contract supplier for this agreement for catering (food).
