The Statement of Work (SOW) is structured into four main parts:

• Part A: Focuses on the Business Intelligence System, encompassing database connections, evaluations, and programming for both existing and new projects in public transport. This includes the development and expansion of Qlik, building portals, integrating APIs, defining data import and export formats, implementing data import and export functions, and developing comprehensive specialized applications. Specific projects mentioned under Part A include:
• Existing Qlik sub-projects: Quality data (punctuality, cancellations/replacements, train accompanying), passenger numbers, passenger forecasts, train formation, utilization/capacity comparison, and evaluation of surveys related to the D-Ticket.
• Productive Web Applications: TicketDelux (QR code/survey application), an upload portal for passenger numbers, and a timetable data tool.
• Forecasting and Modeling: Passenger forecasts and modeling tracks.
• iFrame Applications: Public quality report.
• Web Portal: For public transport funding applications, aimed at simplifying processes and reducing bureaucracy.
• Future Qlik sub-projects: Billing of transport contracts, and route and station prices.
• Planned productive web applications: Digital application for stops, Automatic Passenger Counting Systems (AFZS), and the RLP Line Bundle List as a data basis.
• Part B: Covers licenses, consulting, and maintenance obligations for the Business Intelligence System and associated databases, including necessary support.
