TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract comprises services consisting in preparing design and cost-estimation documentation, together with providing author’s supervision over the execution of construction works carried out on the basis of the design documentation that is the subject of this contract. The adopted description of the subject matter of the contract constitutes a preliminary assumption that may be subject to modification. The subject matter of the contract (each of its parts) includes the performance of two tasks: a. Task I – including preparation of design and cost-estimation documentation together with obtaining a building permit, in accordance with the requirements of the SWZ, the contract conditions and other procurement documents; b. Task II – providing author’s supervision over the execution of construction works carried out on the basis of the design documentation that is the subject of this contract. The intention of the Contracting Authority is to construct a water reservoir on a watercourse by flooding a depression (meadows), forming an embankment, and desilting the ditch.
