TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is to prepare complete design documentation based on the developed concept for site development at the railway-road crossing in the town of Wilkszyn, including a Park & Ride car park. 2. The scope of the service includes: 1) preparation of comprehensive design documentation together with the required opinions, arrangements/consultations, and decisions, including a valid building permit, the ZRID decision, notification (depending on the requirements); 2) performing author’s supervision for the duration and acceptance of construction works carried out on the basis of the prepared design documentation until a building permit for use is obtained or an equivalent document is issued in accordance with the provisions of the Construction Law. 3. The subject of the contract includes the following industries/branches: road, telecommunication technology, sanitary, electrical, railway, structural and construction, railway traffic control (SRK), and overhead traction. 4.
