Purchase of an excavator loader together with delivery 1. The subject of the contract is the task entitled: “Purchase of an excavator loader together with delivery”. 2. The subject of the contract includes the delivery of one (1) piece of a factory-new, unused excavator loader, production year 2026. The subject of the contract is carried out under the budget task entitled “DUW grant for the implementation of investment tasks under the Civil Protection and Defence Programme for 2025-2026, concerning the purchase of an Excavator Loader” as part of the implementation of the Civil Protection and Defence Programme for 2025-2026. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract specifying the equipment and parameters of the vehicle is provided in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 4. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract according to the rules and conditions described in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 5. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of partial tenders.
