Supply of a brand-new excavator – backhoe loader The subject of the contract is the supply of a brand-new excavator – backhoe loader to the Wastewater Treatment Plant Tychy-Urbanowice, together with the provision by the Contractor of services for inspections and servicing activities for the Subject of the supply during the warranty period. The description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) and the manner of performing it are specified in: Annex No. 4 to the SWZ and in the material provisions of the contract (Annex No. 3 to the SWZ).
