TENDER DESCRIPTION

The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes: 1. Delivery of 1 unit of a factory-new mid-size rescue fire-fighting vehicle with 4x4 drive for the Volunteer Fire Department (OSP) in Cewice, with parameters described in detail in Annex No 1 to the procedure. 2. The vehicle must be new, with a complete set of documents, prepared for registration; it must have all necessary documents required by law for registration of the vehicle within the country. 3. The vehicle should meet emission standards of at least Euro 6. 4. The detailed scope of technical parameters has been specified in the schedule of technical parameters and equipment of the subject matter of the contract offered, constituting Annex No 1 to this SWZ. 5. The Contractor is obliged to deliver the subject matter of the agreement to the Contracting Authority’s registered office; however, the Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor agree in detail the delivery time and conditions with the Contracting Authority and inform it at least 2 working days in advance of the planned delivery date by email to: [email protected]. 6.
