TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a medium rescue and firefighting vehicle together with equipment for the Volunteer Fire Department in Płaza. 2. The vehicle must be brand new, technically operational, and must not have any physical defects (structural, material and workmanship defects), nor any legal defects. The vehicle must meet all legal requirements specified in applicable legal regulations, in particular with regard to admitting the vehicle to road traffic, approval tests (type approval) and certificates for use in fire protection; in particular, it must hold an admission approval certificate issued by the Scientific and Research Centre for Fire Protection (CNBOP). The warranty for the vehicle is a minimum of 24 months, including free inspections during its validity.
