Design and execution of the renovation of the Health Centre building in Krasocin The subject of the contract is to design and carry out the renovation of the Health Centre building in Krasocin, in the part occupied by primary health care. The scope includes the ground-floor part of the building with an area of 356.29 m², where 30 rooms are located in the existing state; the contract covers a change in the functional layout, after which this part will include 29 rooms. The works include: demolition and preparatory works, masonry works related to the change in the functional layout of the rooms, finishing works (plastering, flooring, cladding and painting), ozone treatment of rooms, replacement of internal door joinery, installation of mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, installation of the water and sewage system together with sanitary facilities adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities, installation of central heating, installation of electrical and tele-technical systems—including structured cabling, wireless network, video monitoring system, and equipment for the server room together with its air conditioning—as well as works and equipment ensuring accessibility…
