TENDER DESCRIPTION

SPREEWELTEN GMBH intends, by constructing the Centre for Regional Products (ZfrE), the "Gurkenwelt", to create an immersive visitor attraction that does justice to the significance of the Spreewald gherkin. The ZfrE will thus become an identity-forming place for Lusatia and at the same time a modern brand platform. The site and the listed historic buildings of the former locomotive depot at the Lübbenau railway station provide the ideal setting for the establishment of the "Gurkenwelt". For the implementation of the overall project, total costs of approximately EUR 30 million (net) are assumed. As part of this VgV procedure, SPREEWELTEN GMBH intends to award the following planning services in the context of a VgV procedure.
